This website is operated by Upper Quarry Limited, a granite quarrying company established at Pwalugu, Talensi District, Upper East Region, Ghana. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it via one of our forms:
- Aggregate Quote Estimator — name, phone number, optional email, selected grade, tonnage and delivery town.
- Enquiry Form — name, phone number, optional email, subject and message.
We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics. A session cookie is used solely for CSRF protection on form submissions and expires when you close your browser.
How we use your data
Submitted data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry or quote request. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Form submissions are received by email and are not stored in a database.
How long we keep it
Email records of form submissions are retained for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and fulfil any resulting commercial relationship, after which they are deleted in accordance with our internal data management practice.
