What is the difference between an indicative and a confirmed quote?

The Aggregate Quote Estimator produces an indicative figure — a useful planning estimate based on grade rates and indicative haulage by distance. All figures on the estimator are clearly labelled "Indicative — confirm by quote."

A confirmed quote — issued after you submit a request — sets the actual price based on your specific grade, volume, delivery location, and current availability. That is the figure you use to commit.
